- Note: You may want to include a message with directions from Charlottesville if they differ greatly from those listed in your MLS.
- Expiration date from listing agreement
- Photo(s), e-mailed. You can include up to 15 photos, JPG or GIF, maximum size 1.5 MB each, and captions of up to 255 characters each if you'd like to point out something specific. In addition, you can also include virtual tour links and PDFs of documents such as plats, floor plans, etc.

Depending on the MLS software you're using, we may need to contact you to get additional information that's required by ours. Usually, we can get reciprocal listings posted within five business days of receipt of the above.
Please note that all reciprocal agents share the same ID in our system, which appears on public reports. Your contact information will appear in your listing's Agent Notes field on agent reports.
Reciprocal listings by default appear via the Find a Property option on www.caar.com (CAAR's public property search site), IDX data sets (web sites operated by participating IDX brokers), and www.realtor.com, although you may opt out of any of these when you submit your listing (to do so, specify Yes on the "exclude from IDX" option on the input form).
