• Print out Member Application forms:
  • Membership application
  • Firm Application (if not currently a CAAR Member, or for Primary or MLS Only participation)
  • Information Services application
  • eKey lease agreement
  • Display key lease
• Fill out forms, including acquiring your broker’s signature on key lease and Information Services applications
• Bring completed forms to The REALTOR® Resource Center (directions), along with a check from your broker for $129 for your IS fees, and a check or credit card for your membership fees and key lease. Alternatively, forms may be faxed to the Resource Center at 434-817-2836, with payment mailed to 550 Hillsdale Drive, Charlottesville VA 22901.

   

Requirements to join CAAR:

• Valid real estate license
• Membership Application for CAAR & Information Services Form (completed)
• CAAR Information Services REALTOR® Registration Form (signed by broker)
• Lockbox Key Lease Agreement: DisplayKEY or eKEY (signed by broker)
• Company check for MLS membership (Primary-$129)
• REALTOR® dues/fees as per rate sheet
• Letter of Good Standing from Primary Board (for Secondary or MLS only membership)
