Review class descriptions
"Principles of Real Estate" is the 60-hour State-required class for people wanting to earn a real estate license. After completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Virginia real estate licensing exam. Our classes are scheduled four times a year, and meet two evenings a week for about 8 weeks. The $360.00 class fee includes your required textbooks. Please call Marie at 434-817-2399 if you have additional questions.
(for REALTORS® in their first two years of business, who have not yet renewed their license)

(GRI is a professional designation which stands for Graduate, REALTOR® Institute. GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.)
For agents who have held an active real estate license for three or more years, who are interested in becoming Brokers. Broker Series consists of four 45-hour courses (Real Estate Brokerage, Finance, Appraisal and Real Estate Law), which satisfy the education requirements for a Virginia Brokers License.
